Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules, operational standards, and prohibited activities applicable when using Convexa and its related services.

The purpose of this policy is to help maintain platform integrity, service reliability, legal compliance, infrastructure stability, and a safe environment for customers, users, integrations, and connected providers.

By using Convexa, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and other applicable platform policies.

Responsible Platform Use

You agree to use Convexa responsibly, lawfully, and in good faith.

You are responsible for:

  • the behavior of your workspace,
  • your connected integrations,
  • your automated workflows,
  • AI-generated interactions,
  • and communications sent through the platform.

You must ensure that your use of Convexa complies with:

  • applicable laws,
  • communication regulations,
  • anti-spam requirements,
  • privacy obligations,
  • and third-party platform policies.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Convexa to:

  • send spam, unsolicited, misleading, or deceptive communications,
  • engage in phishing, fraud, impersonation, or malicious activity,
  • distribute malware, harmful code, or unauthorized tracking mechanisms,
  • promote illegal services, scams, or deceptive financial schemes,
  • bypass platform restrictions or technical limitations,
  • interfere with infrastructure stability or operational performance,
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, integrations, or accounts,
  • harvest, scrape, or collect data unlawfully,
  • generate abusive, violent, hateful, exploitative, or illegal content,
  • or use the platform in ways that may harm Convexa, users, providers, or third-party ecosystems.

Messaging and Communication Rules

When using messaging channels or communication integrations, you are responsible for ensuring that recipients have provided any legally required consent before receiving communications.

You must:

  • respect opt-in and opt-out requirements,
  • comply with anti-spam laws and messaging regulations,
  • avoid excessive or abusive messaging behavior,
  • and follow the operational policies of connected communication providers.

Convexa may restrict, suspend, or limit messaging capabilities if abnormal, abusive, or high-risk activity is detected.

AI and Automation Restrictions

Convexa may provide AI-powered tools, assistants, automations, and workflow capabilities.

You may not use AI features to:

  • impersonate real individuals deceptively,
  • generate fraudulent or misleading content,
  • automate scams or deceptive sales flows,
  • create harmful misinformation campaigns,
  • conduct unlawful surveillance or profiling,
  • or deploy systems intended to manipulate, exploit, or deceive users unfairly.

You remain responsible for supervising AI-generated outputs and for ensuring that automated systems are reviewed appropriately before operational deployment.

High-Risk or Regulated Activities

Unless explicitly authorized in writing, Convexa should not be used as the sole decision-making system for:

  • medical diagnosis or treatment decisions,
  • legal advice,
  • financial or credit decisions,
  • employment evaluation,
  • law enforcement activities,
  • or other highly regulated or high-risk use cases where human oversight is legally or operationally required.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating whether their use case complies with applicable regulations.

Infrastructure and Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • overload the platform intentionally,
  • abuse APIs or integrations,
  • attempt to reverse engineer the service,
  • disrupt operational systems,
  • or interfere with security, authentication, monitoring, or infrastructure protections.

Convexa may implement technical protections, monitoring systems, rate limitations, or automated safeguards intended to preserve operational reliability and infrastructure health.

Enforcement and Platform Protection

Convexa reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate platform access if activities are detected that may:

  • violate this policy,
  • create operational or security risks,
  • affect platform reliability,
  • expose Convexa or providers to legal or reputational harm,
  • or violate third-party provider requirements.

Where appropriate, Convexa may cooperate with infrastructure providers, payment processors, communication platforms, or legal authorities in connection with serious violations.

Policy Updates

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated periodically to reflect:

  • operational changes,
  • legal requirements,
  • infrastructure evolution,
  • AI-related developments,
  • or third-party provider policy changes.

Continued use of Convexa after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
