Introduction
Welcome to Convexa.
Convexa is an AI-powered conversational automation platform designed to help businesses create automated workflows, AI agents, customer communication systems, and operational messaging experiences across supported channels and integrations.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users, customers, workspace administrators, team members, and any person accessing Convexa services.
Nature of the Service
Convexa operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that integrates with third-party providers and communication channels to deliver automation, messaging, AI, and workflow functionalities.
Certain platform features rely on external infrastructure and integrations, including messaging providers, artificial intelligence services, hosting providers, payment processors, and APIs operated by third parties.
As part of the platform architecture:
- some functionalities may depend on third-party availability,
- external providers may modify or restrict their services,
- and certain features may evolve over time as underlying technologies change.
Convexa continuously works to maintain platform stability, usability, and compatibility across supported integrations, but some functionalities may be affected by external platform policies, technical limitations, or provider-level service interruptions.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Convexa.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, workspace access, connected integrations, and associated team permissions.
You agree to provide accurate and updated account information and to use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account, including actions performed by invited team members, connected agents, or automated workflows operating under your workspace.
Data and Privacy
Your use of Convexa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, processed, stored, and protected across the platform and connected services.
Depending on how you configure your workspace and integrations, Convexa may process customer data, conversation history, workflow activity, AI interactions, analytics, and operational metadata necessary for the functionality of the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable privacy, consent, and data protection regulations within your jurisdiction.
Service Availability
Convexa continuously works to maintain platform reliability, performance, and compatibility across supported services and integrations.
However, certain platform functionalities depend on third-party infrastructure, APIs, communication providers, hosting services, and external systems that are outside of Convexa’s direct operational control.
As a result:
- some features may occasionally experience interruptions, delays, limitations, or provider-level restrictions,
- maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes may temporarily affect availability,
- and certain integrations or functionalities may evolve over time as external platforms modify their systems or policies.
Convexa may perform scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, security improvements, or platform changes intended to improve long-term platform stability and performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Convexa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages arising from the use of the platform or related services.
This includes, without limitation:
- loss of revenue,
- loss of business opportunities,
- operational interruptions,
- data loss,
- AI-generated inaccuracies,
- messaging delivery issues,
- or third-party service disruptions.
Convexa’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed:
- the total amount paid by you to Convexa during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim,
- or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100),
whichever amount is lower.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
Convexa may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if:
- you violate these Terms or related platform policies,
- your use of the platform creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risks,
- fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activity is detected,
- payment obligations remain unresolved,
- or external providers restrict or suspend connected services associated with your workspace.
Where reasonably possible, Convexa may attempt to provide notice prior to suspension. However, immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect platform integrity, infrastructure reliability, users, or third-party provider relationships.
You may stop using the platform at any time and may cancel your subscription according to the applicable billing terms.

Convexa may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, operational improvements, or evolving service functionality.
When material updates are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

AI Features and Automation
Convexa provides automation and AI-assisted features that may generate responses, suggestions, workflows, classifications, or conversational outputs based on user configuration and third-party AI systems.

Messaging Channels and Third-Party Platforms
Convexa integrates with external messaging and communication platforms, which may include services operated by Meta, WhatsApp, email providers, AI providers, payment processors, and other third-party systems.
Your use of these integrations is also subject to the policies, terms, technical limitations, and operational requirements of those external providers.
You are responsible for:
- obtaining appropriate user consent before sending communications,

- and maintaining lawful communication practices within your jurisdiction.
Convexa does not control the independent decisions, restrictions, moderation actions, policy updates, or service availability of third-party providers.
Some integrations, messaging capabilities, or delivery functionalities may be restricted, delayed, limited, or suspended by external platforms at their own discretion.
Billing and Subscription
Certain Convexa features require an active paid subscription, usage-based billing, prepaid credits, or additional service fees.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your use of the platform.
If your workspace uses prepaid credits, wallet balances, or consumption-based services:
- credits may be deducted based on usage,
- certain balances may be non-refundable,
- and inactive balances may expire after extended periods of inactivity where permitted by applicable law.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in service limitations, account suspension, or access restrictions.
Refunds and Cancellations
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
If you cancel your subscription, you may continue using the platform until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refund requests, billing disputes, and cancellation terms are governed by the Refund Policy available on the platform.
We encourage users to contact support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through their financial institution.
