Introduction
This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, billing adjustments, refunds, prepaid balances, and payment-related requests are handled for Convexa services.
By purchasing or using Convexa, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and other applicable platform policies.
Subscription Billing
Certain Convexa services operate on recurring subscription billing, usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, or additional paid platform features.
Billing cycles may renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their subscription settings, billing information, and active plans before renewal occurs.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform settings or applicable billing controls.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement:
- cancellation prevents future renewals,
- but does not immediately terminate access to already-paid services,
- and access generally remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
As a general SaaS policy, payments are typically non-refundable once a billing period has started.
However, Convexa may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:
- duplicate charges,
- technical billing errors,
- unauthorized transactions,
- or exceptional circumstances determined at Convexa’s reasonable discretion.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Prepaid Credits and Wallet Balances
Certain platform services may use prepaid balances, wallet systems, credits, or consumption-based billing models.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise:
- prepaid credits are non-refundable,
- unused balances may expire after extended inactivity periods,
- and credits generally cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact Convexa support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through their financial institution.
Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargeback behavior may result in:
- account restrictions,
- suspension of platform access,
- loss of promotional pricing,
- or permanent service termination.
Customers remain responsible for valid outstanding balances associated with their account.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through external payment providers or billing platforms.
As a result:
- certain billing operations may depend on third-party systems,
- payment processing availability may vary,
- and some billing-related actions may be subject to external provider rules or operational limitations.
Convexa does not store full payment card information directly on its own systems.
Policy Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, billing, or platform-related changes.
Continued use of Convexa after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
